February

I wrote this blog almost 2 weeks ago but am just now getting it posted...

So since I am not blogging all that much but want to keep up with what is going on in our lives I thought I would start making a monthly blog.  It will be a combination of whats new with us and an update on Lila's stats.  Hopefully I will be able to get a few other posts in each month but at least this way I can document the big things.

February was a really nice month at our house.  I think we are really starting to adjust to life as a family of 4.  We got to enjoy watching Darren play basketball on the intramural team.  We had Ladies Retreat at church which was a huge success.  And we went to our first Auburn Gymnastics meet.  We had a great time and plan to go to many more.  I also had Mastitis this month, that was not fun!  However, I think we are on the mend now.

Lila sleeps through the night now.  She will go to sleep about 10:30 and wake up between 6 and 6:30!  Yay!
Her napping is not very consistent but that is mostly my fault.  She usually sleeps wherever in the mornings, car seat, swing, depending on what we have going on.  In the afternoon I try really hard to get her to sleep sometime between 2 and 4 so she and James Darren will be down for a nap at the same time so that I can get some things done around the house or get a nap myself. I am still getting up at 3 am to pump each night.

I have started writing down some of the things James Darren says because we find them quit humorous sometimes.  Here are some of my favorites.... Some of them are not my favorite at the time but still pretty funny.
No, no, i not wear pants
I not help Daddy Vabuum (vacuum), Me- why not? JD- it too loud
I go take bath, Batman in there.  Darren - i bet he thought you abandoned him, Stinky
Don't touch Baba Bear. No, no don't touch him.  (In reference to where my hand is placed while reading Berenstain Bears)

Here are a bunch of pictures to catch you up...
