2/9/15-2/16/15

We didn't do too much last week because we had a BAD stomach bug!  James Darren didn't go to school at all and Darren had to stay home one day to take care of the kids because I was so sick.  Here are few pictures I snapped during the week including one of the kids watching a movie together.  We watched a lot of movies and drank a lot of Power-aid!  

We did get out enough to get some popcorn at Target!

Lila Marie is 14 Months Old

I can't believe that our Princess is 14 months old.  She is growing and changing everyday.  Here are a few things I want to remember about Lila at this age.

- She isn't walking yet.  She will cruise on anything but plops down as soon as she lets go.
- She usually only takes 1 nap a day at the same time as James Darren.
- She is a very picky eater.  She will eat all fruit, green beans and most breads or noodles. That's really about it.
- We are adding in some dairy but she is still drinking soy milk.
- Lila loves to be held! If I am in her view she wants me to hold her.
- Lila loves to sing and dance.
- She is very energetic and playful yet very sweet and cuddly.
- She loves her Daddy and her brother.  However, she and James Darren already fight over toys and space.
She truly is our little princess.  We love her so much.

1/12-1/18

This week James Darren...
- bought Chick Hicks with money he saved in his piggy bank
- ate dinner with Grammy&Poppy
- played cars
- got to eat at Pizza Schmiza, Burger King, and Cicis!
- Some friends Maggie & Emily came over to ride Jazz

So excited about buying his car!

This week Lila...
- enjoyed playing with some of James Darren's toys while he was asleep
- Helped Mommy do some cleaning
- went to visit Daddy on campus
- played with my friends

Weekly Update - a day late

James Darren what did you do this week?
- played "fire sticks" with Cole
- ate chips and cheese (went to our favorite Mexican restaurant, twice)
- got new books about being nice
- played with choochoos at school
- had a special snack at school on Mickey Mouse plates and donuts

Eating Ninja Turtle muffins (aka spinach muffins)

Lila
- played with Brother
- loves playing with her kitchen
- likes to do the motions and dance to Twinkle Twinkle Little Star
- Started drinking from new sippy cups! Yay! (we can now use more than 1 cup)

All about Daddy!!

We also celebrated Darren's 30th birthday!  We went to Jim Bob's Chicken fingers and had cupcakes.  I also surprised him with lunch and cupcakes at his office on his birthday.  I'm sure I was a site caring the cupcake tray, a big bag of food, Lila on my back, and trying to heard James Darren.
I hope Darren's next 30 years are as wonderful as the first 30!  Love that man!!!

Over the Christmas Holiday we went hiking, rode Jazz, and visited the nursing home.  We had a wonderful Christmas and New Year!
